Brian M. Cremeans is a partner at McCown, Fisher & Cremeans LPA with more than a decade of criminal and OVI defense experience in Southern Ohio. A graduate of the Charlotte School of Law and Ohio University, he is known for meticulous case preparation and for aggressively litigating search-and-seizure and suppression issues that can decide a case before trial.
Brian defends the firm’s full criminal docket — from felony drug, weapons, and theft cases in Common Pleas Court to misdemeanors in the municipal courts across all nine counties the firm serves. As an NHTSA Field Sobriety Instructor and ARIDE-trained attorney, he brings the same scientific scrutiny to the State’s evidence that has made the firm’s OVI practice respected throughout the region.
He is a member of the National College of DUI Defense and the DUI Defense Lawyers Association. Clients consistently describe him as responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the outcome of their case.
