Trained to Challenge the Science
Both of our attorneys are NHTSA Field Sobriety Instructors — credentialed to train the officers who administer roadside testing — and ARIDE-trained for drug-impairment cases. That scientific literacy carries over into drug cases, vehicular cases, and any prosecution that rests on forensic evidence or expert opinion. We do not take the State’s evidence at face value.
